New to this group. Howdi! 9 months TTC for 2nd child. Trying O Tests for 1st time. Done it on two consecutive days but only getting line in the control window - no line at all in the other window. Shouldn't there at least be a light one if nothing else? What's the general thoughts re O sticks?

Hi,
Which sticks are you using? I use ebay tests. With these ones, you will only get a test line (which has to be as dark or darker than the control line) when you are about to OV. Once you see this you will ov within 24-48 hours. I find them really useful. I normally ov on CD17/18 so I start them on CD14 and do them twice a day to ensure I don't miss the surge.

Hi

I am using Ebay OV sticks and discovered on Fertility Friend that it is better to test much later in the day. I was testing at 2pm and never got a +ive. Since testing at 10-30pm onwards I got a +ive straight away around OV time.

Hi. Don't know if you've looked at this website but they seem to be quite in-depth.
Good luck
