Evap line?

Hi everyone!

I took an early pregnancy test this morning, I’m currently 6 days before my expected period. I thought I saw a faint line within a few minutes but couldn’t be sure. I looked again an hour later and it had a strong, dark blue, thin line. The same colour as the window.

although I know I looked outside of the test time frame, I’m really confused if it’s a positive, or an evap line.

thank you to anyone who can help, I’m really scared it’s not a positive.

This looks like it has colour which is a good sign, but many will tell you Clear blue’s are notoriously bad for evaporation lines, especially outside the window. Your best bet is to test with a pink dye test in a few days and see what happens. Sending you lots of love and luck 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽xx

I’ve heard that, so I definitely needed some help! I’ve taken quite a few of these same tests over the last 6 months, and have never seen an evap line before.

I’ve got some first response tests coming from Amazon tomorrow, so I’ll wait another few days and try again. The waiting game is literally torturous isn’t it!!

I hear you girl! 😂 I am baffled.. I am 10 days late on my period, had cramping and some colour tonight but unsure if implantation bleeding or actual period just delayed. Bloating & sore bbs alongside being an emotional wreck 😂😂 No actual positive test yet but faint lines or evap lines and some showing proper lines under a light. So hoping it’s a positive at the end of the week but I guess we will see! Will keep you updated haha xxx
