I've taken it twice, and got pregnant twice, and miscarried both times. I think all three are probably coincidental.

Would certainly not self medicate with agnus castus as it can in some cases make problems like underlying hormonal imbalances worse.

If this is tried it is best to seek out a properly qualified medical herbalist to get further guidance and advice on taking this.

Been taking it for about 9 months and my cycles have gotten a lot more regular, more normal in length and actually ovulating. I was trying it as it was recommended in the PCOS Diet Book. Can't say if it's increased my fertility, still haven't got PG but I'd say at least I've got a better chance now as not having as many anovulatory cycles and not such long cycles.

I believe it helped me at a time when I needed it. I'm not sure if it made any difference in conceiving as I had fertility treatment for DS1. BUT when I first started having investigative tests, polycystic ovaries were seen. Subsequent tests (lots of them) after I'd been using agnus castus never mentioned them again.
