Lighter periods due to stress - did they go back to normal?

Mine have got lighter and more scant and I think it’s probably been due to stress. Current period seems slightly more normal (red rather than pink/peach blood, more flow, even small clotty bits, when it’s been hardly there for the last 6 months), so I’m thinking it probably was stress. I had a scan and my uterine lining was very thin so probably all linked.

if anyone else had this, did it go back to normal? Did you manage to conceive?
