Hey. Hope you're okay. I had a chemical pregnancy a few weeks ago (confirmed 22 July) and wanted to get straight back to trying once the bleeding stopped. I know cycles can be a bit disrupted post cp/mc, and since Premom and Flo say im due to ovulate on very different days, so I've been testing for peak surge and all that but it doesn't look like it's happened yet and my LH is very, very, very low. Does anyone have any advice? Should I just keep trying and striking when the kettle feels hot so to speak? Or is this cycle a bust?

PS new to opks and tracking so forgive me if I sound completely out of my depth or mixed some words up haha.

You should keep tracking this cycle it might take a while before you ovulate again first time, but using opks you should be testing roughly 3 times per day ... Morning, mid afternoon and evening because it can change so quickly so you'll miss the peak if you only teat once per day. Some people get a really short peak opk. For example one of my cycles was negative AM opk then I hit a peak opk at 2pm same day. X

As a person who had CP two cycles ago, my advice is to dtd every other day and you might ovulate very late. Kellyaust is right but I would test LH twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon after 5 p.m. It is also better to use BBT to confirm ovulation.
I dtd every day and ovulated late on CD22 because my LH kept fluctuating a lot. Didn't get pregnant. It was the same for the second cycle post CP. I guess my body wasn't ready for a new pregnancy.
This third cycle is back to normal, currently on 7 dpo.
