CD22?

I'm currently on CD22 in my cycle I'm not very regular with my cycles and they can vary a fair bit. And due to my irregular periods one app is saying my period is due next week and another app is saying I'm not due it until the end of August.

I just wondered if anyone else has had brown spotting on CD22? Or similar? I went to the toilet and noticed a brown stain/splodge in my underwear, I wiped after being at the toilet and it was the slightest bit brown too. I then go to the toilet again just now and when I wipe there's a small bit of 'red', it wasn't bright at all, more like a browny red mixed together.

I've never had this before randomly in my cycle thats all...

Do you know when you ovulated? It could be your period coming early?

It could be caused by a sudden drop in estrogen if it is before your ovulation. Otherwise, my guess is that it could be caused by a sudden drop in progesterone level.

I'm not sure when I ovulated unfortunately as i dont test etc, I use the app to track my periods more than anything since they are so irregular but on one app its saying I'm due to ovulate starting this Friday lasting a week. And the other is saying 25th August lasting a week (well within that week)

I've never had mid cycle spotting or anything like that. Despite my irregular periods it's always been I'm on my period or I don't get my period at all.

I've been spotting throughout the day expecting it to get a bit heavier but its remianed very very light. Not needing to wear anything.

I'm now CD25 and still having it, only when I wipe though however last night I had quite bad cramps and this morning I'm having cramps too. I thought AF would have come by now if it was her 🤷‍♀️
