Pregnacare for conception

Started this recently.
Has anyone ever had side effects ?

I used it and got pregnant the first month using it. I didn't have any side effects apart from the first day taking it, I had horrific nausea and I was going to stop taking it. But I tried again with loads of water and was fine.

My DH also took the men's version.

My OH took the men’s version and we got a bfp after TTC for over 10yrs with no luck. I also took folic acid

I had mild nausea throughout but not sure if I could have avoided that by taking another brand.

Tried if for a few months at the start of the year. It seemed to completely alter my cycle lengths/patterns and I also had bright yellow urine all month. I've stopped taking it and just got a folic acid and vit D supplement separately now. Cycle has returned to its more regular length now.

So I don’t remember exactly what it was I read on the leaflet but it was propaganda I disagreed with so I didn’t buy it.This was 30 yrs ago

I was on folic acid and vit d and zinc before..

The pregnacare has b12 and iron - partly why im trying it

My medical records state my body doesnt absorb iron from tablets though , has not from just iron / pure iron tablets before..

I bought some spa tone gentle iron water to try sometime

Im on letrozole due to pcos
Although usually ovulated fine without it
But due to the letrozole - i dont think pregnacare will make cycles go AWOL

Bright yellow urine is just from taking vitamin b. You'll get that from any b complex. It's excess vitamin you are weeing out. It's not harmful.
