A week long LH surge

I am 10 weeks post TFMR and had my first period 26 days ago and it took ages for me to get a LH surge and 6 days later my LH surge hasn't gone back down. I have a GP appointment tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this?

The surge is only when it’s at its peak, not high and sometimes can take a few days to come down so I wouldn’t worry

@Mummysparrow yes mine look like this (3 months post partial molar) only had 1 period so far which was 2 weeks ago.
With my first MC, the same also happened. I had a period 8 weeks post MC, and then 6 weeks after the period I got a BFP. It was just talking my body longer to ovulate after the MC. It’s frustrating, but I’d try not to worry as it just takes time for our bodies to get into a regular rhythm

This is mine. If I’m honest I’m not that certain that what it’s classed as peak is even a peak so not sure I have actually ovulated yet

Oh that's interesting that you have had something similar @Figtree11. I have seen the GP this morning and back in for baseline bloods tomorrow. If they flag anything then are referring me back to endocrinology as I was open to them previously. I am hoping that nothing alarming is flagged up and my body is taking it's time to go back to normal. My worry is that my prolactinoma is back 😬

@Mummysparrow hopefully it’s just things regulating after the MC 🤞🏻
