How unlikely is natural conception? We've been TTC for a year, should we go straight to IVF now?

No issues found with me except low ish AMH of 15 for my age (late 20s). Hycosy showed no issues. Blood tests - no issues. Scans - no issues.

Is conception possible with this sperm sample?

The sperm is normal.

Conception is always possible. Likelihood would be dependent on endless list of factors.

@Outliers I think total progressive motility and morphology aren't normal?

The former is at a lower end but i don't think is concerning. The latter seems fine

It’s not terrible - there are things you can do to increase morphology using supplements - there was a good thread about it on here a couple of years ago.
