Positive LH test 10dpo

Has anyone had a positive LH test and gone on to be pregnant? I took one last night but a negative clear blue early test but I’m today 5 days until day of period.

this is our 3rd month of TTC after miscarriage

I did a couple of months ago. I had positive OKP on 2 different types of test 8 days apart and then a positive digital pregnancy test 6 days after the second, so I must have ovulated the first time.
Sadly ended in a Chemical but definitely two positive OKPs
