Positive test exactly just 4 weeks after miscarriage

So I’m 11dpo and with very diluted urine had a clear positive test this evening (definitely testing negative after miscarriage). On 2nd July at exactly 6 weeks I had a miscarriage but could be CP as the pains started at 5.5 weeks.
Should I be asking the Dr for a blood test to check progesterone/hcg? I’m now concerned I haven’t given my body time, any successes straight after a CP/early miscarriage?
I only tested because I’ve been having AF cramps the past 2 days but no bleeding.

It could definitely be a new pregnancy! I would go to the GP as precaution. I had a MC in April but took me until now to conceive again, I guess my body just wasn't ready yet, but some women do and can conceive straight after! If you're sure you got a negative test after the miscarriage then I'd say it's a new pregnancy

I didn't have a period between my MC and getting pregnant with DS. All absolutely fine.

Oh and MC was at 9 weeks.

Thank you for your reply, it’s definitely a new pregnancy as I had quite a few negative tests a week afterwards and I use Mira so know that I definitely ovulated 12 days ago as my oestrogen and Lh peaked and we BD the day before that peak. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Thank you, did you ask to have hormones checked or anything or just take it day-by-day? Congrats on your pregnancy!

This was a few years ago. Tbh I didn't even think about hormones. Just went oh I'm pregnant again!
