LH Peak to Ovulation: timeframe?!

Does anyone have a decent medical source for the time between LH peak and ovulation, please?

Half the websites and apps say it's 24-36 hours after the surgery starts and the other half say it's 24-36 hours after the peak.

For a lot of women the start of the surge to peak is only a couple of hours so could overlap time wise with both ranges. Is there a reason you need to know? You ideally want the sperm in position in advance of ovulation anyway.

Thanks for your reply - only want to know your see if I can "game" sperm replenishment!

Peak day (highest LH reading) today, so DTD tonight. Ideally would like until Thursday (morning) to give max build back up time for the sperm, but if the egg is already swimming along by tomorrow, would DTD tomorrow night instead and hedge bets on fewer sperm in that...load.

Definitely go for tomorrow night. LH gets into urine quickly but not immediately, and sperm takes a while to get up the tubes. I think you'll be too late if you go for Thursday.

FWIW, tonight may well have been enough anyway. It was for me (twice 😂)
