False positive? Chemical? Evap line?

Hi everyone. First post!

AF is currently 5 days late (although my cycles aren’t perfectly regular anyway).

2 days ago in the AM - negative test
2 days ago in the PM - positive?
yesterday AM - negative
yesterday PM - negative
today AM - negative

ill attach the picture of the ?positive test.

I have looked at other evap lines and it doesn’t look similar but I don’t know?

what other explanations could there be?

That's definitely positive, but if you've had no others since it's probably a CP. I take it you don't know exactly when you ovulated and when AF is actually due? Sorry, it's so heartbreaking when you get a brief glimmer of hope hat disappears...

I was tracking my ovulation and think I’m around 16dpo and according to all the apps AF was due 5 days ago but I guess it might not be quite 5 days!

just desperately searching for any reason that all the others are negative but all I can find is that it’s either a CP or an invalid positive.
