Emotional during ovulation

Evening everyone.
I’m on CD 23 I don’t know when I ovulate by cycles are irregular have been between 28-40 days. My only symptoms are I get bloated and am constantly bloated, my nipples are sore and can be a bit grumpy some times this is from a week-2 weeks before my period, my n
This cycle feels so different
Yesterday I was in such a good mood dancing around with my 3 year old full of energy high sex drive just had sore nipples. Then today I’ve woke up a different women I keep snapping at everybody I’ve cried multiple times over nothing just because I wanted to cry, nipples still hurting and this evening I’ve started getting bloating.
Could this mean that I’m ovulating? Or could ovulation of been yesterday?
We’ve been TTC 10 months this month I’ve started taking vitamin D, folic acid, iron and b12.

Without doing LH test strips you won't know 🤷

@Springadorable I used LH strips one cycle and didn’t get a peak. My gynaecologist told me they’re a waste of money so haven’t used them again, trying to figure out my body naturally

I think you need a new gynaecologist. You'll need to test at least twice a day while figuring out your cycle as otherwise it is easy to miss your peak. But given the fact that you aren't going to ovulate without an LH surge then knowing when this has happened is definitely not a waste of money (especially when the strip tests are cheap - the premom easy at home ones are great). Even more so when you've been trying for nearly a year.
