Hello @Ksh5460
I don’t have any tips or tricks that I know work as I’m currently in a very similar position to you, TTC baby no1. I feel you! It’s a hard journey to go on.
Me and my partner have been taking prenatal supplements, we started this 3 months prior to TTC. We have limited caffeine, no alcohol, and avoided hot baths/hot tubs (no idea if this actually helps). Both eating healthier and doing daily moderate/ light exercise.
Tracked my ovulation via easy @ home strips and clear blue digital tracker to find my LH surge. I have kept these strips and results of ovulation strips in a tracker/journal to see how my cycle differs month to month (I started tracking my ovulation 3 months prior to TTC). Ive always tested in the am and pm. I had picked up my LH surge this month during the evening. I would’ve missed this if I hadn’t tested in the pm. So maybe that’s worth a try?
Me and my partner have been baby dancing everyday at the time of ovulation, 3/4 days leading up-to ovulation and 1/2 days after. I know there is some suggestion that keeping your legs elevated helps but idk 🤷♀️.
I’ve also tried to relax this month, get enough sleep, limit stress and tried to not symptom spot as obsessively as I did on my last cycle. I found testing too early was causing me more stress, I’m going to wait until my AF is due this month.
I’ve made contact with other women in the same boat and I’ve found great comfort in this support network.
I hope some of this helps. Always here to chat and share experiences. Sending all the baby dust to you! I hope it’s your month soon ❤️
