My expected period was 8 days ago, according to the Flo app. I have had unprotected sex on July 2nd, 5th, 9th, 16th, 17th, and 24th. I am currently experiencing 6 days of light bleeding (spotting) and mild cramps that feel different from my usual period. I read on healthline.com that in most cases, implantation spotting only lasts a few hours to a couple days, but some women report having implantation spotting for up to seven days. Also, i have breast tenderness and vivid dreams. Could this be implantation bleeding?

same boat as you. my light bleeding started 8 days ago and no way did I experience this before. Still showing negative.

I have had exactly the same thing two months running now.
AF eventually came after 6 days spotting last month but I’m on day 2 of spotting again this time.
Never had it before TTC so really confusing.

If you were due on 8 days ago I would’ve thought the negative test was right, and you were just having a different period to normal for some kind of reason? Unless you’ve ovulated late, which can make you come on later?! I think. Does your cycle length vary at all? I always thought tests were meant to be pretty accurate as long as you test after you’re meant to have come on. They’re so sensitive and only need minimal amounts of hcg to get a positive
