Ttc and periods after miscarriage

So I had a d&c for miscarriage start of May i had a period end of May and then again 24th June 28 day cycle all was fine quite heavy we are actively trying
this month testing all negative and it’s now cd32 and still no sign of period lots of creamy cm no cramps etc. I contacted doctors and they said they would see me as I’m not over 3 months post miscarriage for regular cycles.
could I have ovulated late and still be too early to test positive or did anyone else have this problem I just don’t understand as ive had two normal cycle period and now this

Are you tracking ovulation? It could be that you ovulated later and are either pregnant or due your period soon. If you have had 2 normal cycles post d&c your cycle is likely back to normal now

I had two normal length periods following my MMC but then the next one I ovulated way later than I normally would (11 days) and I don't know what caused that. I fell pregnant that cycle but otherwise it would've been a 40 odd day cycle!

I was tracking ovulation but I was away on holiday this month so barely tracked just beach pool with a small child lol so decided we’d just try this month and the one month I don’t and I have no idea where my cycle is at! I’ve done another test tonight and negative :( ttc is the worst sometimes
