Conception question

Hi all, possibly a naive question but looking for personal experiences to give me hope I guess. I have two children but would really love a third. I'm approaching 40 and have noticed my periods aren't as regular. Does that mean I'm going to find it more tricky to conceive do you think/my fertility is reducing? Thanks

Fertility starts reducing mid 30’s, regardless of what your periods were like between then and now I’m afraid, but plenty of women do have babies so it’s not necessarily going to be tricky.

Possibly, but not definitely.

Possibly - the only way to know is to try. I’m sure you’re aware all the statistics at your age
