Help/Advice. Struggling to conceive

Hi, so my husband and I have been TTC for 2 and a half years (since I’ve come off the microgynon pill)
I’m 33, my husband is 34 and has a 9 year old daughter from a previous relationship.
We have been to the doctors and had tests done, everything has come back looking really good.
I’ve had an internal scan and I do have one polycystic ovary (but I don’t have the syndrome which I didn’t realise you could have PCO and not PCOS) I was told this shouldn’t affect me falling pregnant.
On 21st June 2025 I had a hycosy, everything looked good, tubes were not blocked.
I was hoping this would mean we would catch quickly after that procedure. I know they say the next 3 months your chances of falling pregnant are higher. Unfortunately I have not fallen pregnant this month.
I was just wondering if there is anything else I can do to help my chances of falling pregnant?
I already take multi vitamins (not pregnancy ones), CoQ10 and folic acid.
If anyone has any tips/advice I would greatly appreciate it. Or if you could share your experience if similar to mine that would be great. Thank you!

No advice other than to say we are in exactly same boat and been told it’s secondary infertility that’s unknown - all tests normal which is great but also so frustrating as no answers and gets more disappointing every month!

No advice but my DH and I were similar to yourselves but neither of us had a child. We tried for a number of years and all tests didn't reveal any issue that would've prevented us from conceiving but yet still no baby. We qualified for one round of IVF on the NHS that we had in our 5th year of TTC and fortunately we were successful first time, that round left us with 1 frozen embryo and just as we had an appointment to use it when DD was 18 months I found out I was pregnant with DS.
Fertility is very lottery like I'm my opinion with no real rhyme or reason to it sometimes.

id swap out the multi vit for a pregnancy multivitamin due to the vitamin a.

are you stressed? For me that was the biggest thing, I totally underestimated the impact stress would have on my body.

im aware this is really unhelpful and pure anecdote, but the times I have managed to conceive are the times I put ttc to the back of my mind.
