BBT Charting - I’m so cold… anyone else?

Hello,

Ive been ttc baby #2 for 14 months now 🫠. We conceived quickly in 2019 and quickly last year, but that was followed by miscarriage. Here we are 14 months on without a whiff of a positive test.

I’ve been tracking bbt for the last 4-5 months and I am cold (I don’t feel cold though!). My pre ov temperatures are 35.8-36.1 and my post ov temps are 36.2-36.45 generally although last month did hit 36.9.

I’ve had basic bloods which were all fine and I had my thyroid tested as I know thyroid issues can cause lower temperatures but my thyroid function is perfect.

I didn’t bbt track when I conceived before so no idea if my temps were the same then. Does anyone else have cooler temps and conceived?
I do sleep with my mouth slightly open which I know doesn’t help.

Thank you in advance to anyone who replies 🙏🏻

Yes me and got a BFP this month. Pretty much the same temperatures you've mentioned before and after. One reason I decided to test at 10 dpo is that my daytime temperature was 37 when I checked it. I never usually go that high. My BBT went up to 36.58 after ovulation, which is very high for me but average or low for others.
