My Partner and I have decided we are ttc. By way of context, I have pcos (though not formally diagnosed as it was during Covid). I have since been diagnosed with endometriosis and had a laparoscopy to treat that. I had the Mirena coil inserted and had it removed in March 24
My periods have always been regular, and I believe my cycle is back to normal atter having my coll removed. (Usually every 30days)
I used the clear blue digital advanced ovulation tests, which told me when I was ovulating. This married up to the cervical mucus at the time, so l feel they are fairly accurate. I had the static smiley face Wednesday evening and we did it thurs afternoon. I’ve been having ovulation cramps since.
Long story short...is it possible to ovulate regularly and have pcos? My other symptoms are weight gain (although this coincided with a traumatic time), facial hair, and acne.

Thanks! I’m actually looking into Hertility at the moment.

I am not sure if I have a formal diagnosis as I had a scan and facial hair and acne, but will need to get blood tests this time round :)
