Hi we’re TTC baby number 2 I’ve been reading about vitamins and read that vitamin D, iron, folic acid and CoQ10 are the best. Is this the right thing for CoQ10 because other ones are quite expensive so don’t know if this is even right?

Hi, I’ve just forked out on a load of vitamins as I’m TTC too, and I didnt know Tesco did Coq10! Yes they are cheaper than some others but theu are lower dosage. Apparently the recommendation is 2000mg-6000mg per day. I bought some 2000mg off Amazon as recommended by some YouTubers that another mnetter recommended (Fab and Ell, check out their how we got pregnant video)

I came here to see if I could get any advice on whether 2000mg is enough, have heard other people say they are taking this 3 x per day

Good luck on your journey x

I'd focus on your diet, those cheap supplements aren't great. Folic acid doesn't help conception, it's for early pregnancy. And don't take iron supplements unless you have been told you have low iron as most people find they cause stomach issues.
