Not pregnant again this month

Getting fed up.
TTC2 5 months in (took 19months first time round).
3 friends have made pregnancy announcements this week. Doing everything and getting very fed up.
Had some spotting last week which got my hopes up but did an 'expired' test earlier and a BFN period due tomorrow!

Took me five months to conceive after my MMC. The MMC was a happy surprise and from the first day of my last period to the day my cycle returned after the sad event it was a total of 5 months. We then started trying again and it took another 5 months for me to fall pregnant. The next pregnancy was a chemical. Im a bit fed up and very worried for next time.
Unfortunately, some of us have a more difficult time than others. It’s pretty crap and takes a lot of mental energy to cope with, I know. I have got to a point where I try to distance myself from others pregnancies, no matter who they are. I’m not really coping that well tbh.
