TTC after a missed miscarriage

Hi all

I've recently had medical management for a missed miscarriage. This was my first pregnancy after 3 years TTC. I had quite the ordeal as only saw the heartbeat 5 days before my next scan 😪 I've struggled really hard with this loss, but I am desperate to be a mum.

I have assumed PCOS. My bloods were unremarkable, scans clear of cysts, but I had a very high egg reserve. I'm at a healthy weight and BMI range. I have always had very irregular peroids and have had mixed results on Clomid and leterzole. Baby was a little miracle and was concieved naturally

I take hydroxychloroquine as I have an autoimmune condition with anti-Ro antibodies.

Can anyone recommend and vitamins/supplements to help encourage my extremely greedy ovaries that clearly do not want to part with eggs 🧐

Hi there, how much vitamin D are you taking? Have you had your level of this checked at all? Otherwise, I suggest Omega 3 unless you are on low dose aspirin, as they are both blood thinning.

Ps, I mean tap also to say sorry for your loss. I had an MMC in the Autumn followed by a chemical last month. I suspect an immune issue for variousxreasons. Not sure what to do or where to go with it tbh. I cant afford privatextreatment.
Good luck

Hiya

@Carportforme I take the recommended doseage of vitamin D. I'm under a rheumatologist due to my autoimmune condition. I'm quite lucky as when she found I was TTC, she ran a full immunology bloods. Nothing other than my anti-ro antibodies flag. Antiphilosophids came back normal.

My EPU advised they would run these test if I had a second miscarriage. Perhaps this is something you could explore? So sorry for your losses.

@TiffanyTaylor Thank you. I will add it to my list x
