What supplements do you take?

I'm soon starting cycle 4 of TTC since my MMC and wondering what supplements my partner and I could take to help us conceive, considering we're almost 40 (we have an almost 3 yo DD already).

I'm on vitamin C (1 g), folic acid (400 mcg) / vitamin D (10 mcg), CoQ10 (300 mg) and omega 3 (2 g). Should I do anything different?

My partner is on a classic multivitamin supplement (not specifically for fertility). Should he add anything?

I'm wondering about those very expensive supplements like Proceive. Are they worth the money? Are the levels sufficient in those or are you better off making your own 'cocktail' with the vitamins that really matter?

Thanks!

Hey I do a cheaper multivitamin and my own cocktail. I find all the quantities are super similar across brands, all 400 folic acid etc. My list might be excessive but it’s because I am paranoid. I’m not saying it’s what people should be taking just what I do…so drum roll please.

  1. prenatal vitamin (for folic Acid)
  2. Omega 3
  3. iron
  4. vitamin d
  5. vitamin c
  6. co q 10
  7. vitamin e
my husband takes the well man conception max

hopefully it works for us 🤞🏾
