Hi there, me and my partner are hoping to be blessed again with baby no.2, we are planning to begin trying in October, although we aren’t putting any time scale or stress on timings as we believe what’s meant to be will be,
we fell pregnant with our first without ‘trying’ , she was a very happy surprise and is now 2 years old.
this time around I’m asking for help in ways to prepare my body for another pregnancy, what do you suggest?
were both non-smokers and don’t drink alcohol but wondered what other ways we can prepare our self’s ,any help and suggestions are most appreciated
