FRER turning fake positive after time window

I find this so weird. I decided to do a FRER 8DPO (stupid I know) but only a few drops went on the stick (I thought I needed the toilet but didn't). The dye didn't come through so I thought I would save it for later. Just come back to it about 4 hours later and it's positive and even pink coloured! So weird it can do that I really don't understand.

You need do to another test with more than just a few drops…. But tbh 8 dpo is way too early the embryo might not even be implanted yet

and unfortunately, false positives happen all the time when the test is checked again after the results window :( let alone 4 hours. It’s due to the urine on the stick evaporating. It’s called an evap line I think

so if you want an accurate result, you need to test with FMU, and check the result during the correct window…
