Feeling a bit lost - 10/11dpo

Hi all,

I’m on cycle 5 of ttc number 1, last month I sadly had a chemical pregnancy at just under 5 weeks but have been really trying to remain positive that this means I CAN get pregnant.

I’m 10/11dpo today, and I keep comparing to my symptoms of last month. I haven’t had any pain really yet where as this time last month had lots of cramping, so it’s really disheartening as I feel I’m out but I would love to conceive naturally.

I’m just looking for supportive/positive stories as I know we’re all in the same boat!

Not all pregnancy symptoms are the same hun, many women don’t feel anything before their bfp! Others experience AF cramps…. Its’s never the same.

My mum told me she was really sick when she was pregnant with me, and then had a symptomless pregnancy when she got my little sister!

@OneHeapedTeaspoonOfSugar I know the feeling! I had an MMC in April and had huge sore boobs from like 6dpo.

I’m newly pregnant again (6 weeks today) and I didn’t have any symptoms at all before my BFP. Didn’t even get sore boobs til about 5 weeks.

I had a really faint positive at 10dpo so you could always test tomorrow with FMU? Wishing you all the luck! 💜

Thanks so much for your message!! Congratulations, that must have been a horrendous time but so positive to hear you’re pregnant again! That’s definitely given me some hope that I’m not out yet, think I’m just catastrophising over the small details and how I haven’t had the same experience as last time!

I’m terrified of testing early as the disappointment that comes with it is too much for me, I’m due my period on Monday and if nothing then I think I’ll test then if nothing shows but the waiting over the next two days is torture! Xx

I totally get that on the testing. In my last pregnancy I didn’t test til 14dpo when AF didn’t show for exactly the same reason as you.

This time I tested almost just to rule it out cause of no symptoms and was so shocked when I saw a faint line 😅

Gosh that’s mad!! Must have been such a shock but what a wonderful shock 😂 can I ask how many cycles it took between your MMC and this pregnancy? How long has your journey been altogether?

I always think this platform is crazy and so many of us on here in a similar boat! X

Of course! So we were very lucky and when I fell last time it was actually the first month we tried with OPKs and proper timing. I only had one period after the MMC and that’s when I fell again.

Feel so lucky that it I caught so quickly again as I was thinking oh I bet this takes ages after it was so quick the first time! It seems that my body really wants to have a baby 😅
