TTC#2 - ovulation cramps?

Has anyone had ovulation pain that started after having their first baby?

Before ds I had typical periods, I never felt ovulation and I had to use either cm to estimate or opk/bbt to know it was happening.

Since ds this is only my second cycle (I have been on the mini pill for several months). This is the first proper cycle after a period that I am tracking using opk/bbt. I am getting cramps and I believe I’m ovulating today or if not tomorrow. Im assuming I had my peak lh anytime between 9pm last night and midday today. It was working up to being high last night and it was high this morning and then low again by 1pm.

Since 3-4pm I have been having cramps which I would compare to period cramps. Slight odd pain/cramp briefly to my right too but the central cramps have been on and off for a few hours now. I’m just not used to feeling this mid way through a cycle and wondered if anyone else has?

yep, I've always had ovulation cramping (except whilst I was on the pill obviously).

They're usually on and off for a couple days, sometimes 3 days. similar to period cramps but much less intense for me

@lily0309 im not used to it. Do you think it’s changed for me because having a baby stretched my uterus and all the other hormone changes? So maybe I am more sensitive to changes now?
