Tingling sensation on scalp very early pregnancy

As the title says im 10dpo been testing positive since 8dpo and today ive woke up with a tingling sensation all over my scalp, feels like spiders crawling on my head haha. Anyone had this before? Or know why?/what it is?

I had this before my hair started falling out with alopecia. Drove me nuts then found a bald patch a few weeks later and it all made sense.

Sorry to sound silly was it pregnancy related that caused it or it just occured?

@boymom9 nothing to do with pregnancy, but it developed after covid and was the start of many autoimmune issues I now have.

Maybe you have nits, as well as pregnancy!

Haha no definitley not nits its under my scalp like pins and needles sensation.

Sorry to hear that. I do have b12 deficency so it may be that is what it is.
