8dpo BFN… could this change?

Hi all, I know 8dpo is still very early, and that it’s recommended to wait until 14dpo for an accurate test… but I think we’re all in the safe company of early testers here 🤪 It was a clear negative, but I feel like death warmed up. Nauseous, sore boobs, and every so often will have sharp abdominal pain. I had an ectopic in April - before then PMS was never sore boobs, and I didn’t have any cramps until the day before/day of AF. This is only my second cycle after my ectopic, but my first cycle afterwards I had sore boobs and cramps (clearly was a negative result). A part of me is resigned to the fact that maybe the ectopic changed my cycle and symptoms a bit so I’m just reading in to this too much (hello, BFN), but a bigger part of me is hoping and praying I’m not out this cycle. I guess what I’m asking - has anyone tested negative at 8dpo, and gone on to test positive later on and have happy and healthy pregnancies? I did test with like my 3rd or 4th urine of the day so that may be a factor, but I just don’t know what to think or feel anymore.

I tested positive at 9dpo this time after a bfn at 8 dpo. Good luck.
