Hi everyone,
I got my bloods done on 21day of my cycle and my results came back today at 39.7.
The doctor said no action required however I'm trying to understand it. I've googled it and googled it and I honestly don't understand it.
Any help I would appreciate xxxxx

Over 30 = likely ovulation occured

I presume the measurement is in nmol? If so, over 30nmol means you likely ovulated, so they mean they don't need to take any further action as they consider the answer provided.

But more than likely doesn't mean I have 😬 that's not accurate is it?
I'm just looking at how long I've been trying to conceive and I was really hoping for a definite answer. x

You won't get much more thorough confirmation than that from a blood test. As far as the GP is concerned, you've probably ovulated. The only way to confirm 100% is an ultrasound. BBT can also show ovulation, but requires consistency to confirm.
