Early BFP?

I ended up being admitted to hospital yesterday with suspected meningitis (it is not thank goodness) but they ran bloods and a urine sample which showed pregnancy. I am due by AF in 2 days so all feels very surreal after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Took these on second morning pee today.

Thank you. I still feel a bit rough, headaches and vomiting but hopefully starting to ease off. Mostly hoping this isn't a sign of things to come 😂🤢
