Hello, would someone please share their experiences in their dpo symptoms as I'm trying to make sense of what's going on.

According to my app for the "fertile window"
I started getting mild cramping at day 2 (I have never experienced any cramping during ovulation ever)
However, this cramping has continued ever since and I'm now 7dpo cramping eased off this morning and now it has returned.
I never get premenstrual cramps before a period something I've never experienced I normally just get a mild back ache the day before that's how I know my period will be arriving the next day

Symptoms:
1-2dpo cramping (a little sharper than ovulation cramps i was experiencing at day 2 out of the 5 day ovulation window)
3dpo same as above but bloating started
4dpo same as all above but nausea kicked just by drinking a cup of tea
5dpo again same as all above but felt tired
6dpo as above but slight headache now and felt really hot during the night
7dpo (today) all symptoms above not present in the morning however mid afternoon felt cold symptoms come on slight achey and headache just felt trained this laster maybe 2hrs and weirdly disappeared.
Evening cramping came on again.

I'm not sure what to make of all of this but you know when you know your own body and something doesn't feel right.
The app I use always tracks my periods correctly etc etc and are always on time.
My question is for anyone's experience is it normal to have abdominal cramping before ovulation that's continued up until 7dpo ?
Just to note I've never been pregnant before it's in discussion it would be a welcomed gift for sure I just don't know what the symptoms are early on.
