Thrush while ttc

I've got thrush . The pill for it not recommended if pregnant. I am ttc and am day 18 of cycle so may be implanting as we speak (fingers crossed - here's hoping!). Can I use the pill given I am not actually pregnant yet and if not can I use the pessary?

Im not too sure, but i think you can use the pessary without the applicator and the canestan cream. I would check with the pharmacist(sp) to be sure though.

the pharmacist thought I should use none but I am uncomfortable and don't believe them!

the rules for while you are pregnant - you can use the cream or the pessary as ash says without the applicator (to avoid hitting your cervix accidently) so you could follow the same while ttc
