@losinghope90 I'd definitely recommend getting some Easy@Home ovulation tests: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Easy-Home-Ovulation-Predictor-Powered/dp/B01HFBWQH6/
They detect the levels of luteinising hormone (LH) in your body - LH rises right before you ovulate. The tests let you know when your LH is rising, and when it's at its peak, and then usually you would ovulate a day or so after your peak.
You can download the Premom app too - you can use the app to take a photo of your test, and then it will give you an LH level reading and say if it's low, high, or peak.
If you have a more regular cycle, you'd want to start doing those tests around cycle day 10. Or if your cycle is less regular and you have no idea of when you might be ovulating, you can start taking them sooner, to make sure you catch your ovulation.
The Clearblue advanced ones are good too as they detect estrogen as well as LH. You usually get a rise of estrogen right before your rise in LH (it's usually what causes egg white cervical mucous), so the Clearblue ones can let you know even earlier when ovulation is coming. In the past I've used them together BUT the CB ones are waayy more expensive.
I hope that helps! I'm not an expert but have been doing this for a little while and it's helped me to get pregnant twice, so happy to answer any questions :)
