Really really bad sperm parameters - please help!

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on improving sperm parameters or some miracle stories of conceiving naturally with similar parameters.

We’re 27 & 28 and have been trying since December 2022. I’ve had initial tests to confirm I’m ovulating and OH has just had his analysis back which has been really disappointing sadly.

Volume: 3.7ml
Density (assuming this is count): 1 mil 10*6 /mL
Morphology: 2%
Motility: 60%
Forward progression: 58%

So his count is super low at 1 million and morphology isn’t great, the only saving grace is that they seem to be swimming ok 😅

Any success stories with proxeed plus or impyrl? If your OH has used either of these any supplements to take alongside these?

Any miracle stories of conceiving naturally to restore some faith will also be gratefully appreciated!

My partner has reduced morphology

Fertility clinic told him to take well man with zinc

Did you have another analysis to see if there was an improvement?

Hes having an NHS drs one in jul
And a fertility clinic one in August

Tbh - unless u get sperm washed - it takes at least 70 days for them to improve generally apparently

Hes taking daily omega 3 too
That comes with the premium well man

One question, what does sperm washed mean?

Do an advanced search for @Decaffe’s thread about how they increased her DH’s morphology and sperm count with supplements. 😊
