Hello everyone
First of all apologies first time user on here so not quite sure how this all works but genuine question I'm wondering if anyone could help answer or share thoughts.
Started 5 day ovulation window (according to my period app) me and my partner did have unprotected sex on the first and second day of this window. (We are trying). On the third day into fertility window started with cramps very very mild thought nothing of it although I have never experienced anything like this before as in ovulation cramps.
However, cramps still continuing very low down in pelvic/groin area.
Now I'm 4dpo and I'm very bloated, cramps are more noticeable and have pretty much been present all day today and I have also been very tired which is not like me. Slightly off food too I made something to eat as I was hungry and the smell of it just put me off eating it so I'm thinking possible stomach virus ?
I also don't get period pains much either so I'm a little possibly over thinking maybe?
Apologies for long winded message for here but has anyone else ever experienced these symptoms ?
