Cycle Day 21 tests

Hi there,

This Monday coming I have my day 21 blood tests being done. This usually is 7 days after ovulation, to determine results.
but I’ve only just got peak today so ovulate tomorrow, has this happened to anyone before so close to the blood tests and still have good results?

I had them done back in July & I ovulated on CD10 that month and my results where above normal.

just afraid of them coming back low on everything & doctors putting me down as not ovulated?

hope this makes sense to someone & can put my mind at ease.

Is it possible to move the test? 2 dpo will not be testing what you're trying to.

I’ve had lots of ‘day 21’ blood tests. When I finally got a GP who knew their stuff they told me not to stick to day 21 but to book it for 7 days after my peak otherwise it would be inaccurate. Also it’s day 21 for women who have regular 28 day cycles. It’s meant to be half way between ovulation and day one of your next cycle.

@Fallulah my cycles are regular and around 28days, this month I’ve just a super late ovulation. Today would be classed as ovulation day, do you reckon I rebook for Friday instead? X
