I ended what I thought was my period. It was a day early, 1 day if bright medium flow bleeding 3 days of very light spotting. I could've easily gotten away with using one pad the entire day without filling it up. Now that it stopped yesterday I'm just now having lower back ache and mild cramps. I normally get them the day before and the first day of my bleeding.
Can anything underlying cause this sudden lighter period and symptoms or am I just being too hopeful for implantation. (The bleeding started at about 14dpo I believe but I ran out of strips the say I tested what I assumed was my peak)
