I am scared to miscarry again

My first real period after CP is about to end soon however I am feeling a bit scared.
Because in the second cycle after my 1st MC, I got pregnant then CP happened.
Now this is the second cycle after my 2nd MC(CP), I am worried if the same thing is going to happen to me again.
Any advice? Thoughts? Opinions?

All I can say my love is that every pregnancy is brand spanking new and just because you've miscarried before, usually doesn't mean it will affect the next pregnancy you have! Sending you a huge hug & sorry for your loss. 💛 I miscarriage in April and I completely get the scariness of retrying. You're not alone xxx

Sympathies, been there. What helped me was accepting that I was going to be nervous with every future pregnancy after two losses, and it’s just what it is when you’ve had bad experiences and you really want the baby. For the first weeks I just got through each day as best I could, and thought I lost the pregnancy due to bleeding a couple of times. I started properly relaxing only after 20 weeks or so. But I got through it, and did my best to stay calm through (whatever I could manage) exercise, walks, meditation, being with people who supported me. Sometimes when it’s tough you just take it a day at a time x

I am sorry you also had a MC. I know that having MCs doesn't affect the next pregnancy however sometimes when I think of them I just want to cry. I hope we will get our BFPs soon! 💙

To be honest, when I got the second BFP, I kept wiping down there to see if there was blood. When the line started to get fainter, I didn't know I was having a CP. When I get a third BFP, I will still have the fear however I will try to enjoy the pregnancy as much as I can. Your experience and suggestion are valuable. Thank you! 💖
