Hello everyone,

Just wanting some advice and reassurance. I did a Hertility test last November and it showed my AMH was 47.38 pmol/l. I then was told it was too high and I might have PCOS. Went for a scan, told I didn’t have this but I had a polyp. Anyway fast forward to now, the polyps gone and everything’s normal. I decided to see what my AMH is now with Randox Health and it came back at 30 pmol/l. I’m now panicking as to why it’s dropped so much in such a short space of time 😫 is it because they’re different companies? I’ve ordered a Hertility test to see how that comes back but it’s left me really concerned and I wish I hadn’t done it. One thought that crossed my mind is could the polyp have caused my AMH to be super high? So worried, especially as I had a chemical last month

Have you done a full fertility MOT?

Thats probably the best way to get the answers you need

In what sense? Hormones? The last time I did was Hertility last November. Since then, I've had multiple things done, including having a polyp removed, a Hycosy and scans.

A full MOT would include hormones, scan and sperm count check for your partner but more importantly a consultation with a Dr to go through all your results and discuss the best options for you.

Hi what was your second hertility test result? I actually had a private amh test done with a clinic and when I did a hertility test done it came back much higher! This really worried me as it shouldn’t ever rise ! It left me wondering how accurate hertility is .

My second hertility test was high aswell, 46 pmol/l. So I really don't know what to believe. I did one with Medichecks venously and its was 29pmol/l
