So had my implant taken out on 30th may! Been checking with opks since! I had really severe ovulation pain a week after implant out and then another bout of severe pain a few days after that! I should be from what I worked out 3dpo as I had so much ewcm and a blazing positive opk. I might add I had ovary pain from both ovaries. Anyway went to POAS this morning cos I'm feeling sooooo pregnant and hpt obviously negative but opk positive again 🙄 what is going on, I'm feeling deflated....: my boobs are sooo sore I could cry

You can sometimes have a second surge within a cycle so I’d be having sec today for sure. Especially if your implant has only just come out, your cycles might be a bit all over the place for a bit.

I think just give it time you’ve literally just had your implant out your bodies hormones will be changing and adjusting. There’s no point at all doing a test at 3dpo, my OPKs were positive for like 2-3 days in general. Good luck

I think your both right. I seem to have fixated on getting pregnant this time and it's not healthy for me lol. Iv had another very positive OPK! But the most intense wierd pains! My left and right ovary felt like a sharp twinge and I felt something drop . I have no idea what this could be but now I'm getting sharp pinching in my ladies parts Blush boobs stinging and just really run down! Iv tried to see if it's ovulation or implantation but I wouldn't have a clue

@mommatoacake you won’t know unfortunately and it could be neither just your body adjusting to hormones. It’s great that you’re getting posting ovulations tests so soon though! You wouldn’t technically be pregnant yet either way give it time

@mommatoacake I had my implant removed 14/05 and felt some of the same twinges as you - sharp pain around the ovaries. I also had a blazing headache about 4 days after removal and some light spotting. Like you I was googling everything and somewhat convinced myself to test (‘maybe we happen to be one of the few people who get pregnant on the first go!’). AF arrived 05/06 and I’m treating this as cycle 1. I think it’s very easy to get lost in ttc. My partner and I are in no immediate rush and yet I got sucked into symptom spotting. If you can, I’d advise just waiting to see if AF arrives and if not, test 21 days after you had unprotected sex. Keep us updated of course!
