Sperm Analysis Results - how can we help morphology

My OH got his SA results today; doctor has told him he is more than good.
he gave us a full break down & the only thing is his morphology is 3% which is 1% below normal form but doctor told him it could have just been that day because everything else is ‘exceptional’

has anyone any advice on how you can up morphology or anyone similar and still got pregnant?
(I’ve been referred to hospital for scans but could be a long wait but other than that my blood results are also all perfect)

we’re currently in the TWW of Cycle 17

Lifestyle changes such as exercising, eating healthier whole foods, quit smoking, drink less alcohol, take vitamins etc etc

My partner had 1% morphology but we have been able to conceive two children naturally. As long as the rest of the results are good then you should still be absolutely fine to conceive! I got my DH taking vitamins but that was it.

@Outliers @Busby88 thank you, yeah we stopped vitamins a few months ago to see if anything would happen but nothing so going to go back on them and just keep trying until I get my hospital appointment. I’ve told him he has to eat veg and stuff & less takeaways.
rest of his results are really good, just that 3% morphology.

What does he do for work? No laptop over groin area and cutting out caffeine were what seemed to work here! X

Zinc , vit d and coq10 can all help with morphology

Fertility clinic told my partner with reduced morphology to take well man

@Onthedouble123 @worldwidetravel2017 - he works as a radiographer at the hospital.
So he's protected with a LED apron etc.

I'm gunna get the wellman conception again for us both and stick with that because it didn't mess with my cycles and got everything into one tablet lol.
