Help!

This test has been left sitting for a few hours and I only checked it as I was away to put it in the bin (I know I shouldn’t have!!)..
Is it even worth entertaining that I may need to take a different test or is this just what happens to them when they’re out with the window? I know it should probably be disregarded but can’t remember ever seeing such a clear line on an old test!

It’s a Morrisons own test if that makes a difference!

Personally I've never had a second line on any test when it's been left sitting, other than those that were genuinely positive tests.

This is almost definitely a positive.
You can get evaps after leaving for several hours but not like that.

Definitely test again. I never had lines in tests I left lying around. 🤞🏼

Tested again with the other test from the packet, completely blank! Even after all these hours it’s still completely blank 😂 So I still feel none the wiser!! Will test again in a few days with a different brand. We are not actively trying, just seeing what happens - but can imagine if you were that would be a kick in the teeth as is a very clear and dark line!

When are your periods due?

Not absolutely sure but would have expected it to have started by now, they've been a bit all over the place ever since I stopped breastfeeding last year! According to my app my last cycle started 36 days ago (pre baby I had very irregular periods and could have cycles varying between 34-46 days) but I did have a little bleeding mid cycle. I have only DTD once this cycle though and that was about 2 weeks ago!

I would test again in a few days time. Being CD36 I would expect all tests showing lines by now but you never know as maybe your hormones are still balancing from stopping bf.
