BBT when up with toddler?

Is it worth me doing BBT? I’m up at least once with my toddler during the night. Not sure if this would screw my readings?

It's been a while since I did BBT, I only bothered when trying for my first. He was also up in the night so I didn't feel it was worth it.

However, if I remember right (it's been a few years), you needed 3 hours of solid sleep to take a reading so you could take it before you get out of bed to get your toddler?

Someone may be along to correct me though!

Ah ok interesting. Might be manageable then.
tbh I didn’t try with my first as fell straight away but it’s taking a bit longer ttc my second so I figured maybe I could add it in.

Hiya, I'm also interested in any responses here. I didn't do any kind of testing with my first as conceived v easily but now struggling with second... BBT seems a bit unreliable and I'm up/taking it at different times each morning due to toddler so wondering how much that is affecting it?

That’s my concern that I’d be adding yet another thing into ttc but it might not be that reliable? I haven’t started tracking bbt yet but will see how it goes this month. Nights are still so variable here and my mornings start at a different time each day so who knows!
