Hello all,

Could I please borrow your eyes. I'm 11 dpo, period due Tuesday 11th. This is a clear blue ultra early (6days) with first morning wee.

Does it look positive to you or still too faint?

It looks like a very faint, early positive.
I would hold off testing now until Sunday then try again.

I would wait until the day before your period is due (if you know when you actually ovulated eg taking your temp or ovulation tests). The First Response Early Detection is brilliant because the dye is pink. Your Clear Blue tests look grey to me (evap line), but some people say blue dye tests are trickier to read.

I wouldn’t focus on the test being light or dark. With my dd I had very dark tests from the get go. With my ds my tests were incredibly faint, even at 10 days late. My midwife told me not to worry about the darkness of the line, as long as the line was solid then it’s a positive test.

If your line has some colour to it, is solid (no breaks in the line) and came up within the timeframe then I would count it as a positive!

Try not to worry too much about how faint the line is at this point, I tested positive at 8dpo and my lines stayed pretty faint for about a week and a half maybe. With my last pregnancy, I tested the day AF was due and had a stark negative, tested a week later and had a line just about showing itself x
