Confused when to test

My last period started 16th May, ovulate 12 days later on 28th May, currently 9dpo and normally have 28/39 day cycles - but clear blue calculator says I can only use early detection on 9th June which is 12 dpo - would that not be 2 days before missed period rather than 5/6?

I personally would wait until you are due your period. I only got a faint positive at 15 dpo, after being very sure of my dates. I'd also recommend a pink dye test over a clear blue as they are known to be more sensitive.

Agree with pink dye tests. I got a box of 50 hcg strips on Amazon and got a vfl at 8/9dpo. Next day CB was negative. Good luck!
