Ovulation??

Hello, I am 4 days late on my period, and I’ve just been to the toilet now, and noticed egg white discharge? Is that normal? Also my lower left side of my back is achey. X

Do you track ovulation? Egg white discharge is the main sign for me that I'm ovulating, discharge turns this way because it becomes more sticky for the sperm to attach to

I do yes, apparently next Wednesday is my observation day.. just found it a little weird im
