Contraception Implant and conceiving - is it possible?

How successful is the contraceptive implant in its job?
I was told that it is 99.9% efficient, more effective than the pill.

I ask, as since wednesday I have been suffering from neausea(sp)/sickness, headaches and have noticed my bladder is a little weaker. Sickness feels a lot like morning sickness, rather than a stomach bug.

I am pretty sure I am not pg. But thought I would ask good ol mners for their opinion before I go do a test to reassure myself.

I think I would test just to make sure.

No idea about the likelihood of it being positive.

I was told (when they put it in) that there hasn't been one recorded case of pregnancy in it's use (unless the person was already pregnant when it was implanted)

mum1369 - ah, thats reassuring then! . I will do test anyway, knowing my luck I will be that first person!!!

I wonder what it is then? . Right i feel awful
